No.1, No.2 and No.3 case, the diameter of the output shaft is between Φ 18~Φ28, the reducer body is made of aluminum alloy material ADC-12.4.

No.5 and No.6 case, the diameter of the output shaft is between Φ 32~Φ50,the reducer body is cast iron material fc-20.

Material and maintenance ( feiluoka g series closed gear reducer )

The gear material is 20CrMo,this machine has been added lubricating grease ( BT-860-0 ) before the factory, can not change lubricating grease under normal conditions for 20000 hours, but in special environment conditions, such as: high temperature, long time operation, impact load, the speed reducer is 10000 - 15000 hours.
